AeroSette s.r.o. – a new established subsidiary to H&K Construction s.r.o. with a principal goal to take over and finish a development of ULA MH-46 / Eclipse as well as to continue its custom-built production.

Since that year, it was started an actual design, construction and manufacture of own ultralight aircraft MH-45 / ESO. All the long-term pursuit was to gradually reach some stable position on the High-wing ULA market. That type was favoured just for very good fulfilling both strict ULA (i.e. Sport flying devices) standards, regulation & limitation, and requests, according to our customers.

ULA MH-45 / ESO as our first aircraft entered the Czech market. Based on our primary manufacture, test and flight experience with the type construction then another upgrade to ULA Eclipse was designed and adjusted.

Prior to all the start of own ULA manufacture, the H&K – Construction s.r.o., owned by Mr. Hájek, was concerned with ULA design and development, especially for the F-31.x project / by Airox company, and for the S-1 project / by Swing company.
